Who we are
ABM REAL a.s. was founded on 17 November 1998. The main activity of this company is the rental of own real estate and non-residential premises. The company owns properties in Prague, Vrchlabí and Špindlerův Mlýn. Since 2002 the company provides services in the field of administrative administration and services of organizational and economic nature, as well as the activities of accounting consultants, bookkeeping. In 2008, the company’s activities were expanded to include the provision of accommodation services in the Grand Apartments building, leased and renovated at the expense of ABM REAL a. s.
ABM REAL a. s. also has a stable business in the field of tourism through its subsidiary Felicity Hotels s.r.o.
Felicity Hotels has been offering accommodation in the Giant Mountains since 2001, all hotels are situated in Spindleruv Mlyn, which is one of the most attractive winter and summer resorts in the Giant Mountains. Hotel Grand, Hotel Sněžka and Penzion Grand Apartments offer you a unique opportunity to spend a pleasant holiday in the highest Czech mountains. In 2014, ABM Real a.s. bought the administrative and accommodation complex in Vrchlabí, since then Felicity Hotels also includes the hostel Rico.
In 2016 and 2017, we realized the construction of Residence Grand in Špindlerův Mlýn – an extension of the existing Grand Hotel with eleven luxury apartments. These apartments are currently operated by Felicity Hotels.
In 2018, we purchased a property in the village of Lánov, which we renovated into an apartment building with 21 apartments. Half of the apartments have been sold to new owners, while we are renting out the remaining apartments.
At the end of 2021, we purchased an older family house in Kunčice nad Labem, which was removed and we plan to build two smaller apartment buildings in its place. This period has been the most successful for our company in terms of portfolio expansion so far. In addition to the four building plots in Dolní Lánov, we entered into negotiations with Mileta a.s., which resulted in the purchase of a package of 11 properties in Dolní Branná and Víchová nad Jizerou. With this purchase, we have acquired a former production plant and more than 20 apartments to our portfolio, which we are currently gradually reconstructing.
The company ABM REAL a.s. has been doing business in the field of wooden buildings for more than 20 years. It started its activity in this field in 2006 in cooperation with WHB s.r.o. by manufacturing modular wooden buildings. Since 2008, it has built on the experience gained and prepared as the first in the Czech Republic its own concept of small wooden buildings – mobile homes intended for permanent living. Since 2010 our houses have been protected by the international trademark WOOD CONSTRUCTION (Wood con). Since 2017, the production has been taken over by the subsidiary Wood-con Dřevostavby s.r.o. , which focuses on the idea of growing housing. To date, we can present more than 80 reference buildings.
