Funding
- After signing the reservation contract, payment of a non-refundable reservation fee of 250 thousand CZK. CZK excluding VAT within five days of signing the contract. The signing of the future contract will take place within 30 days after the payment of the reservation fee, after the signing of the contract the payment of 20% of the price of the apartment (without the reservation fee) within 10 days.
- Further, upon completion of the rough construction, payment of 30% of the price of the apartment (without the reservation fee).
- Signing of the purchase contract and payment of the remaining amount after completion of the building and its approval.
